Property Agents can choose between two options, either solely based on a commission rate on sale (Option 1) or for a small standard charge for advertising on the website plus a reduced commission charge on sale (Option 2).  See Table below.  If you wish to take advantage of our English expertise then a charge of €25 per hour plus expenses will be charged.

Prospective buyers pay no fees to ProperDe for connecting you with an agent.  If, however, you decide to purchase a property and/or you wish to take advantage of our expertise in German and the buying process, a charge of €25 per hour plus expenses will be charged.             
(Please note: it is usual in Germany for the buyer to pay at least half of the Agent’s fees in the case of a sale.  The Agent is obliged to make its charges known in its literature.)

Anbieter können zwischen zwei Optionen wählen: entweder wird nur nach Verkauf eines Objektes, die durch ProperD zustande kam, auf Provisionsbasis bezahlt (Option 1) oder eine geringe Gebühr für ein Inserat über 3 Monate wird bezahlt und eine reduzierte Provision nach Verkauf. (Option 2).  Siehe Tabelle unten.  Wenn Sie auch Nutz von unserer Englischkenntnisse ziehen möchten (z.B. bei einer Besichtigung oder bei(m)/der Notar/in), berechnen wir eine Summe von €25 die Stunde, zuzuglich Unkosten.

Von Interessierten berechnet ProperDe nichts für Vermittlung an einen Anbieter (Sie werden aber normaleweise mindestens die Hälfte der Gebühren des Anbieters bezahlen, wenn es zum Verkauf eines Objektes kommen sollte).  Wenn Sie, jedoch, von unserer Deutschkenntisse Gebrauch machen möchten, berechnen wir eine Summe von €25 pro Stunde, zuzuglich Unkosten.
