The site allows buyers to easily search for properties from a variety of agents in Germany without the burden of translators, travelling or having to pay! If you see a property that you like, you can express an interest to ProperDe using the links provided and we will contact the Agent on your behalf.

If you are a regular user, you can register on the MyProperDe page and also let us know exactly what you are looking for. This will provide you with extra search facilities and also let us know what you are looking for so that we can focus our property search in Germany. If you have something very specific in mind you can email us at admin@properde.co.uk to enable us to help you find that perfect ProperDe!

Seen a property or a few properties which you might be interested in viewing? 

We'll make contact with the Agent for you and help you through the viewing process. If you decide to proceed with a sale we’ll help you with the process if you feel you’d like it.  It is only from this stage that we would ask you to pay for the service (see Terms and Conditions).

The properties here are just a fraction of what’s on offer in Germany.  Tell us whether you are looking for a derelict house near a forest or a castle by a lake and we’ll see what we can find for you – you’ll be surprised what you can get for your money.

How to use the website

1) Browse the Properties to see if anything interests you.

2) If it does, follow the links in order to express your interest in the property.

3) A member of ProperDe will contact you as soon as possible.

4) Set up an account with ProperDe to provide you with extra search facilities and a Hot Properties list that is set up just for you!

5) Any time a property enters the market that suits your requirements, we will contact you.
